Privacy policy

Information you provide

Krakow City Guide does not currently operate user accounts, a newsletter or an on-site contact form. If you email us, your address and message are used only to read and answer your enquiry. Do not send sensitive personal information.

Cookies and analytics

After you choose Accept, this site loads Google Analytics 4. Google then receives a client identifier, the pages you open, and technical details such as your browser and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We use that to see which guides are read. We do not use advertising cookies or marketing pixels.

The analytics tag stays unloaded until you accept. Decline is stored in this browser and the question is not shown again. Clear this site's data in your browser if you want to choose again. Google's policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

Choosing a currency stores a preference cookie, krk_currency, in this browser for one year. It is set only after you pick a currency and is not used for advertising.

External services

Pages may link to maps, attractions, transport operators and ticket providers. Those services process data under their own privacy policies when you visit them. Our hosting provider may process standard technical request logs needed to deliver and secure the website.
