Bukovina Thermal Baths

Termy BUKOVINA in Bukowina Tatrzańska runs 20 indoor and outdoor thermal pools at 30–38°C, 15 kilometres from Zakopane. The complex also has 3 water slides and 8 saunas in the Góralskie Łospary zone. In autumn and winter the summer zone and the outdoor slides are shut.

Twenty pools under the Tatras

The baths are in Bukowina Tatrzańska, 15 kilometres from Zakopane and 20 kilometres from Nowy Targ, with the Tatra National Park as the view the site advertises. The about page counts 20 thermal pools, indoor and outdoor, at 30–38°C, and 3 slides. The sauna page calls the complex the largest thermal complex in Poland and repeats the same 20 pools and the same temperature band.

The about page also lists a Wellness zone, jacuzzis, and a Pool Night with club music, DJs and performers. Food is Cafe BUKOVINA, the Na Wiyrchu restaurant and the Zbójecki Łygotnik inn. The chef named on that page is Sylwester Lis, and the menu is described as seasonal Podhale cooking, plus salads, desserts and ice cream. The last water-quality note printed on the about page is an assessment of 14 March 2025 by the district sanitary inspector in Zakopane, stating that the pool water met the 2015 health-ministry regulation.

Góralskie Łospary

The sauna zone is a nudity zone. The allowed cover is a sheet or a towel. The English zone page lists a traditional sauna, a steam bath, an IR cabin, a Lacinium, a cooling and relaxation zone, and aroma sessions. It spells the first item “Traditional Saua.” The sauna guide puts the dry traditional sauna at 90–110°C and describes a round of at least two or three heat-and-cool stages. The written order is: shower, dry off, go in naked with only the towel, sit or lie on the towel so skin does not touch the boards, stay about 5–10 minutes, cool from the feet toward the heart, rest for at least twice the heating time, and repeat up to three times. Shower again before a pool.

One of the cabins is outside: Łozpolona Maryna, a highlander cottage with a classic sauna and a mountain sauna. The page gives the traditional sauna there as 100°C, and the aroma sessions in the 90°C cabin at 12:00, 14:00, 19:00 and 21:00, with limited places. The sauna zone is separate from the pools.

Slides, wellness, and the rooms around the water

The about page pairs the pools with jacuzzis and with what it calls hundreds of metres of water slides, and it also states the slide count as 3. Those two descriptions sit on the same page. Wellness BUKOVINA is a separate zone from the pools. The site ties its treatments to highly mineralised thermal water and pitches them as exercise that does not load the spine and joints.

Around the water, the day the site describes is Pool Night when it is on, then a meal in one of the three rooms: Cafe BUKOVINA, the Na Wiyrchu restaurant or the Zbójecki Łygotnik inn. The sauna round, including the outdoor cottage Łozpolona Maryna, is its own zone beside that.
